Exhibitor days:  Wednesday, Nov. 5: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
                            Thursday, Nov. 6: 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
                            All Exhibitor belongings must be removed by 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.

Location: MassMutual Center, Springfield, MA

Set-up time: Tuesday, Nov. 4: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
                      Wednesday, Nov. 5: 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Exhibitor area opens: Wednesday, Nov. 5: 8 a.m. 

Exhibitor area closes: Thursday, Nov. 6: 4:15 p.m. - All Exhibitor belongings must be removed by 5:30 p.m. 

Hotel information: Hotel reservation information will be shared via the confirmation email after you've registered for the conference.
